System Works, People Fail…

This was the year 2016. I was working in B2B Sales with one of the fastest growing Internet Marketing Companies. There were many people who had been working there for years. Few had started their career with this company years back & worked hard for years to build that brand.

“Life will give you many defeats, but never ever let yourself be defeated'' 👊

This was the 9th year of my professional career & 4th year within that company. I was happy & satisfied because I was in the industry in which I wanted to be in and working in a good company with 3 promotions & 3 increments with some super awesome colleagues.

I used to think I was well-settled and highly secure when it came to job security until all of a sudden with just one E-mail notification we 4000+ People realized that we’ve lost our Jobs. 

Established in 1988, This was the sudden shutdown of a 28 year old company by its major stakeholders. Whoever or whatever may be the reason in that case the system worked & people failed. 

That was the biggest turning point of my life that put me into the situation where I had no other option except to realize this fact that this is how reality looks like. We are never settled.

Now, I was left with some questions to find the answers for:

The biggest one was - Why do most of us struggle for their entire life even after going through all the systematic education? 

And to this I found few answers, out of which one was - 

‘’Systems Work, People Fail"

And when I found this answer, I had one more question to find the answer to:

How can I create a system that is sustainable & helps its people rise? 

I wrote a note in my diary. It was not less than a daydreaming. Life took over and after 3 years during Covid I found that diary again. I realized it was a manifestation that worked well for me. 

Fast forward today now I am looking for many more questions that are to be answered.
